  • Body weight - no equipment necessary, varied workouts to target areas you identify as goals.
  • TRX / Pilates Suspension Method - TRX or similar straps and a door frame. More focus on stability and mobility, low impact strength.
  • Pilates Ball - Time under Tension, Barre Fitness.

Kundalini Yoga- COMING

  • Breath of Fire, Golden Breath, Mantras
  • Chakra specific poses to release blocked energy
  • Slow paced, immersive, reflective

MetaPhysical Fusion - COMING

  • A unique combination of strength training and yoga
  • Kundalini breath work releases blocked energy
  • Strength training moves the energy through the body

  • Work from your home on your own time
  • Guided workouts instructing proper form and offering modifications
